$13,270! Rita will be coming up short of her usual $400 this month thanks to a toilet replacement and bathroom sink maintenance, but I can gladly say that I have reached my quota for February. The $13,270 is with Rita’s money already taken out. It definitely feels good to have reached my first quota of the Four Month Blueprint.
Monro Brakes, the emergence of responsibility with the upstairs tenant of property Alpha, Nicky, the Superbowl bets, and just about everything else played a role in getting to 13k this month. But now it’s gonna be a new month, and March is not going to be easy. Even though I’ll be getting 5 paychecks, I may have set the bar a little too high at 16k. I figured that whatever I don’t make in March I can make up for in April with the 18k quota. There are no set variables for this month, so I guess I’ll have to wait and see what curve balls life is gonna throw at me.
